Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our handcrafted meats and shipping policies.
How do you ship perishable food items?
We ship our perishable products in insulated coolers with ice packs to ensure they arrive at your door in optimal condition. We use expedited shipping methods depending on your location to minimize transit time.
Does your salami need to be refrigerated?
Our dry-cured salamis are shelf-stable and can safely travel without refrigeration. However, for the best quality and longest shelf life, we recommend refrigerating them upon arrival.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your products gluten-free and nitrate-free?
Most of our sausages and salamis are gluten-free. While we use traditional curing methods that include necessary nitrates for safety and preservation, we offer specific 'all-natural' selections that use celery juice powder as a natural nitrate source.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message that we will print on a packing slip (without pricing) to be included in the box.
How long will my charcuterie last once opened?
Once opened, we recommend wrapping your meat tightly in parchment paper or plastic wrap. When stored in the refrigerator, sliced deli meats should be consumed within 5 days, while whole salamis can last for several weeks.
